SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT OVERVIEW

FULFILLMENT

As all of our shirts, tank tops, and hats are custom made per order, please allow 2-7 business days for the order to be prepared. Please note that this timeframe DOES NOT include shipping days. As a rule of thumb, 98% of orders are fulfilled and ready to be shipped out within 5 business days and nearly 50% of orders are ready to be shipped within 3. In some cases it can take longer depending on the volume of orders we have to fulfill.

If you elect to pay for a priority shipping speed (FedEx Express 3Day or FedEx MAX 2Day) your order will be bumped up to the top of our fulfillment queue to assure the quickest possible fulfillment time.

International Economy Shipping:

  • Price: $6.00 base & up (depending on number of items)

    ***PLEASE NOTE****
    If you order multiple items, there is a chance that your order be sent in multiple packages. As we strive to get you your items as quickly as possible, we may send out a completed item or items sooner than another item on the order that is taking longer to fulfill. That way the entire order is not held up by the items that are taking longer in the fulfillment process. There is no additional fee if the order ships out in multiple packages. 

    • Can I update or change my shipping address after I've placed an order?
      Yes! If you would like to make a change to the address your order will be sent to, please email us at orders@looklav.com as soon as possible. We ask that you please try to contact us within the first 24 hours after placing your order as the change will need to be applied during the fulfillment period.
    • Where can I view the shipment tracking of my order?
      LAV automatically sends out tracking information for your shipment as soon as it is sent out (usually 2-7 business days after it was originally placed). Please check the inbox of the email address you provided when you placed the order. Sometimes the emails can end up in your junk/spam folder, so you may want to add orders@looklav.com and info@looklav.com to your contacts list to ensure that confirmation emails are delivered. If you have checked both your inbox and junk/spam folder and still cannot find it, please contact either one of the email addresses above and we will send you a new one!
    • I'd like to place an order as a gift. Can I have it shipped to a different address than my own?
      Absolutely, our shirts make awesome gifts! When checking out, please be sure to enter the recipient's address as the SHIPPING address and your own as the BILLING address. If you already placed the order and forgot to do so, please contact right away so we can make the change.
    • My package was lost/stolen/damaged during shipping. Can I be reimbursed or sent a replacement?
      Of course, we want to ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition! If there are any issues that result during the shipping process, please review our refund policy and contact us immediately. We're more than happy to help asses and resolve any issues you run into, but may need visual evidence in some circumstances so we can use it as proof with our shipping providers.
